We have tried to make listing your property as simple and fast as possible, in fact your listing could be live within only 15 minutes. It is important also to remember that you can leave the process at anytime, automatically saving what you have so far completed, to return later to Your Account and finish your entry and put your property listing live on the site.

The process has been split into 7 simple steps. By selecting the Sell a Home or Let a Home tabs from the Home page, you are presented with a screen asking for the postcode of the property you wish to sell or let. Type your postcode into the box, press return or continue and you will be taken to the registration page (Step 1).
Step 1 - Registration/Login
Here you will be asked to register or, if you already have an existing account, login. Enter the details as requested and select Continue or Login as appropriate.
If your property lies within the catchment area to qualify for the Premium Package, you will be given a brief description of what that package offers, you will then have the opportunity to register for the package by completing a form that we will use to contact you. Alternatively, you can proceed to Step 2 (Details) where you can choose any of the packages, including applying for the Premium Package again.
Step 2 - Enter Details
In this step, you will be asked for the following details:
- Selling price or rental price of your property
- address of the property
- package that you wish to take advantage of
- brief summary of the details of the property
- contact details that a potential buyer or renter will need to contact you.
Please note, only those contact details that you have specified will be available to any potential buyer or renter who will themselves need to have registered with click2move.
You will be asked also to acknowledge your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions here, please ensure that you read these and check the box at the end of Step 2, your property listing cannot be progressed until you have done this. Once you have completed everything on this page, select Continue to proceed to Step 3.
Note: Should you have selected the Premium Package in this Step, you will be asked to complete an online form and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible thereafter, to discuss with you the process with you and to arrange to visit you to see the property and take the necessary photographs.
Step 3 - Descriptions
The information that you supplied in Step 2 is used to present to you the correct number of boxes for you to complete for the various rooms in your property. Complete each, bearing in mind that you need to present your property in the best possible light in order to generate the interest in the mind of the potential buyer so that they contact you to arrange a viewing.
It is imperative that you are factually accurate in the descriptions that you give. When you have completed each of the boxes, select Continue to proceed to Step 4. Bear in mind that you can always return to the property details section and amend your descriptions later.
Step 4 - Features
In this section, you will be presented with a number of options to select to provide additional information as to the features of the property including:
- Location
- utilities connected to the property
- features of the property (e.g. fireplaces, wooden floors, etc)
- general locality.
All of this information provides valuable background for any potential buyer or renter. Again, once you have completed this section, select Continue to move onto Step 5.
Step 5 - Boards
This section allows you to select the type of 'for sale' or 'to let' board that you wish to order and the text that you want us to include on the board. This additional text will be applied to the lower pink bar on the board. When you have completed this section, select continue to proceed to Step 6.
Step 6 - Payment
This section will ask you for the method of payment that you wish to use and the details of the card that you wish to pay with. Your details will be verified online and once your payment has been accepted, your property listing will be made live on the click2move site.

If you have selected a Multi-listing package, the property details will be sent to our partner websites at the next scheduled upload window. Once your payment has been accepted, you will be able to upload your photographs in Step 7.
Step 7 - Uploading of Photographs
In this section, you can upload photographs of the property that you want to include in your listing, up to the maximum provided for in the package you have chosen (additional photo capacity can be purchased if you need more).
Once you have completed uploading photos you can either preview your listing or return to the Home page using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
