the area who often walk or drive around an area they are interested in.
We'll send you an Estate Agent quality board FREE when you list your
property. You decide when you put it up and take it down, we even
provide slips to let everyone know when your property has been sold.
After all, the objective of selling privately is to save yourself thousands
of pounds in commission. Why not use all the marketing tools at your

Delivery
The sale board will be sent to you in protective packaging once you have
created your property listing. You should receive your board within
2 business days, the board is delivered to your billing address.
You will receive the following:
- A double sided 'Private Sale' board.
- Two 'Sold Privately' slips.
- Bolts for fixing slips and post.
- Stencil kit & marker pen (for adding a phone number and property ID)
- Easy to understand instructions.
Installation
Easy to understand instructions are included with the board, and rest
assured, it really is simple to put a board up securely.
Where and how you install your board is ultimately your choice. There
are several options available to you, for example you could screw the
board to a wall, attach the board to an existing fence or gate post
or for a few pounds purchase a post from a DIY shop for mounting the
board on.
The boards are made from 2 correx sheets that are heat welded on
the left and right, a pole can then be inserted between the sheets.
If you live in a flat, you should be allowed to put a board up within the
grounds as long as it is safe and is not a nuisance to other residents.
Customising
You will be sent, along with the board, a stencil kit and marker pen. You
can use these to write a phone number and property ID on to the board.
The phone number is used for buyers to contact you and the property ID
directs buyers to your property on Click2move.co.uk. Your property
listing includes your unique property ID.
We would recommend using a mobile phone number rather than the
property phone number for obvious security reasons.
If you accept an offer for your property, you can then attach the
'Sold Privately (stc)' slips using the bolts provided. These can be easily
removed if your property needs to go back on the market.
If you wish to take your property off the market, simply take the sign
down and store for future use.
