We can assure you that all of your personal information, including your credit card details and personal details, are treated with the highest standard of confidentiality and security. What Information Do You Gather About Me?

We may also need to ask for your credit card details, however these are not stored by Click2move.

The services offered by Click2move do require you to provide us with personal information from time to time and this policy outlines how we collect your information and how we then use your information. By making use of the Click2move online services, you accept the policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we ask for and when?
We do not need any personal information if you only wish to browse our website including property searches. When you register on the website with Click2move we will ask for your full name and e-mail address. This means that when you next visit Click2move you can login and continue to use the advanced features that registration offers.

If you choose to order a Click2move service or make an enquiry on a property, we will require you to provide more detailed personal information. Information required would include home address, phone number and when ordering a service, the billing address and credit card details. This is primarily to ensure the security and safety of all our customers.

When you register with Click2move, order a service or make an enquiry about a property, we will e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. If we have a question about your order or property enquiry we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card details. We do this for your protection only.

What personal information is displayed on the website?
Only the property details will be shown by default on the website, no personal information will be displayed other than when expressly requested by you e.g. if you do not have an email address you can regularly access, you may decide to provide a phone number on the website so that a prospective enquirer can make contact with you.

When marketing your property with Click2move we will display details of your property on our website and related property websites. This ensures your property is viewed by as many online buyers and renters as possible to secure a quick sale or let. We do however understand how important it is that your privacy is respected at all times during the marketing of your property.

The property details and photographs displayed on our website are provided by you. You can therefore include as much or little detail as you feel necessary. You should note however that the more information you can provide, the better your chances of securing a viewing.

What personal information will a prospective buyer or renter see?
The prospective buyer or renter will only see property details, they will not see any personal information unless you stipulate that a contact telephone number be displayed. If a prospective buyer or renter needs to contact you, they will be able to do this through the website by completing an online enquiry form. This enquiry will be sent to your e-mail address by Click2move, your name and e-mail address will not be shown to the prospective buyer or renter. How you respond to the enquiry is then your decision.

Who do we share your data with?
click2move.co.uk is operated by Click2move Limited and is currently their only subsidiary. We only share customer information within Click2move Limited and only to improve your experience.

Click2move does not sell, rent or give information about you to unrelated third parties for them to use for themselves or anyone other than Click2move without your prior permission. However, we may disclose aggregate customer information (such as number of visits) to advertisers or other third parties.

If you choose to advertise your property with Click2move we may, depending on the level of service, provide 3rd party property websites with your property details to ensure the maximum audience for your property. We only provide property details, we do not provide 3rd parties with your personal details.

Click2move property e-mail notifications
If you want to receive property e-mail alerts for properties matching your criteria, you must register with Click2move. You can subscribe to the property e-mail alerts using a link on the home page, search results page or from the property e-mail alerts section in the help section.

We plan to offer specialty newsletters in the future related to property. When we launch a new newsletter, we may e-mail it to you if you subscribe to the Click2move e-mail alerts. Each e-mail alert prominently displays a link you can use to unsubscribe at any time.

Contacting Click2move Customer Service
If you contact Click2move customer service, we will use your name, e-mail address and phone number to answer your question or solve your problem quickly. On occasion, we may contact you later to verify information or to check on the quality of your Customer Service contact with Click2move. We will not add your e-mail address to any mailing list if you contact customer service.

Legal requests
We may release customer account or other information if we're advised that release is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Click2move, our customers or others. This may include the exchange of information with companies and organisations or law enforcement for loss prevention and credit risk reduction.

How Secure is My Information

Protecting your personal information

Click2move pledges to provide a safe and worry-free online experience. We use the industry standard for Internet security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption to scramble your personal and credit card information as it travels over the Internet during the order process. This encryption makes it impossible for anyone to read your information in transit. We protect all of your personal information, including your name, address and password. We do NOT store your credit card information.

You will know you're in the "secure" area of our site when you order a service that requires you to provide personal and credit card information. Not only we will tell you on the page that you are in a secure area but your internet browser should also tell you. You will notice that the "http" portion of Click2move's Web site address in your browser changes to "https." The "s" stands for "secure." In addition, both Netscape and Internet Explorer use special symbols to indicate that you're in a Web site's secure area. Earlier versions of Netscape use a highlighted key. More recent versions of Netscape and all versions of Internet Explorer show a closed, highlighted gold padlock, usually in the bottom right of your browser window. Some browsers let you know that you're moving in or out of a secure area by notifying you with a special pop-up window that requires you to click "ok" before continuing.

Protecting your credit card information

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption scrambles your credit card number when you submit your order, making it completely unreadable as it travels over the Internet. Protecting your password

We encrypt your password to ensure no one else has access to your account. If you forget your password, you can create a new one. You can do your part to protect your personal information by keeping your password a secret and making sure you log off completely if you share a computer.

What about My Account?

Creating an account
We don't require our customers to create an account and keep information on file with us if you are simply browsing the site and this includes searching for property. However, creating an account makes it even faster and easier to find property at Click2move. With an account, you can take advantage of many special features such as saving your favourite property searches, create a wish list where you can file properties of interest and setup property e-mail alerts.

If you wish to list your property with Click2move, you will need to create an account. This is primarily for your own security and protection as it ensures only you can amend your personal or property details stored with Click2move.

Option to change, modify or delete account information
You can review, modify, or delete your account information anytime. Just go to Your Account pages. There, we give you the option to look over your account information if you've created an account, modify/change that information or delete your account

Does Click2move use Cookies?
Yes. Like Click2move, most web sites transfer cookies to your hard drive through your web browser. Cookies help us identify you when you visit Click2move. We do not store your password or any personal information in your cookie.
