For added peace of mind, click2move will check the Tenant's references on behalf of the Landlord. This will include the previous Landlord if applicable, employment references and bank reference or statements. click2move will also provide the Landlord with an inventory form template and a double-sided 'To Let' board.

Full Management Package 7% of Rental income (Dependent on postcode)
click2move will fully manage the letting of the property, leaving the Landlord to sit back and receive the rent. Only when rent is collected by click2move will we deduct our commission, the Landlord pays no upfront costs. Put simply - no rent / no commission.
